Kathy Petersen

Kathy is a native Las Vegan. At the age of 19 she  was licensed in real estate and at the ripe old age of 23 she built her first custom home. . Twenty years later the upscale custom home market has lead us to build one or two speculation homes a year ranging from $1,300,000 to $8,000,000. Most locations are in and around Las Vegas golf communities except one in Squaw Valley; Lake Tahoe, California. The one in Lake Tahoe allows skiing and work at the same time. She travels extensively with her family in search of unique pieces to be incorporated into each new home.
